Here are some recipes that I love using our Citrus Herb Seasoning:
Simply rub your fish with one and place it on the grill for a delicious meal!
4 Salmon fish filet
1/4 tsp. black pepper ground
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. New Mexico red or green chile powder
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
5 thin slices fresh lemon
1 tablespoon Citrus Herb Seasoning
Place all ingredients in a bowl and add fish filets. Rub fish well making sure it is coated with the spice mixture. Marinate for an hour then heat the grill to 450 degrees, place the fish on a tray and place slices of fresh lemon on top. Grill for about 10-15 minutes.
Grilled Vegetables Salad
2 portabella mushrooms cut in fourths
3 Mexican zucchini sliced
2 red bell peppers seeded and sliced into eighths
1 large red onion cut into eighths
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Citrus Herb Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
In a bowl, stir together vegetables, 4 tablespoons olive oil, Citrus Herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat cast iron grill pan over high heat (or your outdoor grill). Grill vegetables until tender about 8 -10 minutes. Toss the grilled vegetables with balsamic vinegar and remaining olive oil.
Serve hot as a side dish with grilled fish or meat.
